For my great and only love: My Wife

Cuando estoy entre tus brazos
Siempre me pregunto yo
“¿Cuánto me debía el destino
Qué contigo me pagó?”

Poetry

Edward Estlin Cummings (October 14, 1894 – September 3, 1962), often styled as e e cummings, as he is attributed in many of his published works,[ was an American poet, painter, essayist, author, and playwright. He wrote approximately 2,900 poems, two autobiographical novels, four plays, and several essays. He is often regarded as one of the most important American poets of the 20th century. Cummings is associated with modernistfree-form poetry. Much of his work has idiosyncratic syntax and uses lower-case spellings for poetic expression.

Antonio Canova 1757-1822

Antonio Canova is considered the greatest Neoclassical sculptor of the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries. He was credited with ushering in a new aesthetic of clear, regularized form and calm repose inspired by classical antiquities. He was also renowned for his carving abilities and the refinement of his marble surfaces, which seemed as supple as real flesh.
